GU Chemistry Alum Christopher Rom Wins ACS Award

Dr. Christopher Rom (GU ’16) was one of the awardees of the 2025 Lectureship and Best Paper Award given out by the American Chemical Society Division of Inorganic Chemistry and the journal Chemistry of Materials. Dr. Rom graduated from Georgetown with his B.S. in Chemistry in 2016 after doing research in Prof. Karah Knope’s lab. He went on to earn his Ph.D. from Colorado State University in 2022 and then became a post doc at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory where this award winning research was conducted.
